“The world is not the most pleasant place. Eventually your parents leave you and nobody is going to go out of their way to protect you unconditionally. You need to learn to stand up for yourself and what you believe and sometimes, pardon my language, kick some ass.”—Queen Elizabeth II
“Frequently, teenagers are stereotyped as being loud-music loving, girl/boy chasing, car wanting, not caring about the world, and on drugs or into something, you know? I mean, I chased girls, I want a car but i’d like to think of myself of socially aware, and not socially aware as being trendy. I really think teenagers have a lot of responsibility’s and a lot of burdens because-in fact were given a horrible world. They’re leaving us this world in bad shape, for us to fix up. So, i think teenagers deserve a lot of respect.”—Tupac Shakur (1988 First interview ever)
When we're older, we're going to regret the things we didn't do. Not the things we did. So take a risk, it will be worth it. Fuck things up and make mistakes. Fall in love and then realize it was all a lie. Do what you want, say what you want, wear what you want, kiss whoever the fuck you want to. Because as much as it seems to fuck you over right now in your social life, all it will really be is a damn good memory when you're not young anymore. You only live once.
